Battery pack / Case
It's kinda bulky but surprisingly lightweight
Retail price for it is $70 & I can't say what my discount on it was but I gotta say that working for Best Buy definitely pays off for employee discounts.

The shop was awesome, filled with lots of comics, Chasing Amy, Dogma &
Clerks memorabilia.
I took more pics on my phone but can only include one per msg.
Speaking of cool things, we left Richmond, VA last night & started
driving towards Jersey.
We didn't know DC was on the way so we ended up making a 2 hr pitstop
in DC visiting various landmarks such as the US Treasury, Washington
Memorial, The White House AND the stairs filmed in the Exorcist.
Definitely took photos and videos of our adventure, will post them on
my Mobile Me gallery when I get a chance.
Rhode Island, here we come!
Show just ended & we're grubbing at Dennys (big whoop)
The tour so far has been good for everyone except myself, I had a
fever of 102 last night and everything felt like a blur.
Today on the other hand, I feel ALOT better and only have a sore throat.
Big thanks to Phil from Shreveport for giving us a place to stay last
night & Andrew & Matt from Foundation for putting on the show tonight
and for the kids staying to watch the golden age. (we showed up 20
mins after the previous band played)
On my way to <s>a third world country </s> Houston for Fallcore w/ The
Golden Age.
Soo I'm sure it's been almost 2 months since I've updated this blog - definitely my bad on that.
I always say I'm gonna stay ontop of things and it eventually just fizzles out.
The Golden Age tour went awesome, after the trip through the Rockies, we headed up to Washington and hung out in Seattle.
I'll try and post pics whenever I get home from this tour.
Right now I'm on warped tour with Set Your Goals in Canada waiting for bus call in Montrèal.
The shows have been tight; it's mostly the hang outs after the show that make this tour definitely worth while.
I'll have to update this blog with some pictures whenever I get Internet.

The show in Twin Falls, ID ended up getting canceled but we were able to hop onto a show in Boise.
TGA played at a "venue" called Myrtle Morgue. I say the word "venue" very loosely in this context because it was actually a basement in some dudes garage.
Now, the reason this basement got the name Myrtle Morgue was for 2 reasons.
1) The house was on Myrtle street
(go figure that one right?)
2) someone was murdered in the basement sometime last year.
The basement was SUPER tiny as well.
I wanna say no bigger then the size of our van if it had enough room for you to stand up in.
I watched TGA play a couple of songs, then I gave my camera to Joe and he shot a couple of pictures + a video or whirlwind, which will be uploaded to youtube whenever we get to some wifi.
As we continued through the sceneic route towards Wyoming, we ended up
reaching the summit of the mountain.
(10,000 somethin feet, close to 2 miles above sea level)
And what we saw left these 7 Texans speechless.
It was like we had completely skipped the fact that it was June and
entered a land where it was always winter.
Snow was about 2 feet high in some places and it felt soo good to
finally be out of that 100 degree TX weather.
We all had a huge snowball fight that lasted about 5 mins, after we
were freezing our butts off and realized that we were not packed at
all to handle the cold of that magnitude.
I took video for about half the fight and couldn't help myself to join
in on the fun after Eric tried to peg me with a snowball.
I'll upload the video to youtube which I'm sure will be all over TGA's
myspace.
On our way out of Colorado, we were filling up at a gas station and were stopped by a local who asked us if we were a band.
We said yes and asked her if there was anything interesting to see in the area. (national parks, etc.)
She told us that there was a scenic view through the mountains on the way to out to Wyoming.
We jotted down her directions and parted ways.
I can not begin to tell you how beautiful driving through the mountains was.
Seriously, all of us wanted to stop every couple of mins to check out the river or the rock formations.
I took a lot of pictures with my other cameras, will upload those to the web gallery whenever I upload them to the mbp.

So by arranging the gear properly, we managed to create a makeshift loft.
Its not comfortable but we laid down all of our pillows and blankets to make it bearable.
One really cool thing about the show was we found out that Hit The Lights & I Am The Avalanche were playing right around the corner from the venue we were at.
A couple of people from the show kept walking back and forth to watch both shows.
Above is a photo from HTL's set.
Driving to Oklahoma City today, then the 22hr drive to Twin Falls Idaho.
I uploaded some pictures to the tour section of my .mac web gallery.
The photos are outta order but I'll fix that whenever I get to some wifi.
We left corpus today, heading for Laredo, TX right now.
Things seem to be promising for this tour, definitely can not wait til
we get outta TX though.
We checked out the weather in all of the cities that we will be
visiting and everywhere else but TX and Phoenix is gonna be below 70
degrees.
I know I promised that I would post pics from the wedding that me and
Nutter shot but, I haven't gone through them thoroughly yet.
My bad.
However, here is what our van looks like with all of our crap stacked
atop of each other.
Will update later.
